Job Title: Sales/Appointment Setting Intern - Real Estate Marketing

Location: Williamstown, NJ (3 days in-office, 2 days hybrid)

Create By Influence LLC is seeking a highly motivated Sales/Appointment Setting Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in expanding our client base of real estate professionals and mortgage loan officers. This is a 3-month part-time internship with the potential to earn commissions and transition into a full-time paid position based on your performance and success.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to schedule appointments with potential clients

- Engage in active communication to build relationships with prospects and identify their needs

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and expand our client base

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

- Assist in creating compelling sales presentations and materials

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Proficient in using CRM software and Google Workspace Suite
