The Special Project Team will identify opportunities to find (parents of) infants and toddlers to enroll in a national children’s research study in coordination with the National Institutes of Health and Northwestern University. The study population includes infants and toddlers from all socio-economic, racial, and ethnic backgrounds, representing US children ages 1-48 months of age. This research study will examine the cognitive, social, behavioral, and neurological development of children across the United States. The results of this study will be used by educators, clinicians, and the medical community for years to come.
This position is a virtual, eight-week, part-time position and is also offered for school credit or personal enrichment/work experience in clinical research.
As a Special Projects, Marketing Social Media Coordinator, you will identify, communicate with, and work together with organizations to recruit babies for this study. This position reports directly to the Special Projects Supervisor. This is a non-exempt position, making $18 per hour.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Network with organizations, tradeshows, and local groups to gain cooperation.
  • Researching and outreach to local organizations, churches, schools, sports leagues, area events, clubs, moms/parent groups, etc.
  • Regular communication with your manager of activities and progress
  • Sourcing websites and social media sites for family or parenting platforms
Requirements

SCHEDULE:
  • This is a Part-Time job working 20 hours a week on Monday, Thursday and Fridays.
  • This position starts immediately.
Education: Enrolled in College, College degree, or equivalent work experience
Experience: Experience in market research, clinical research, marketing, social media is a plus
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office/general computer competency
