The Position

We are looking for a marketing and social media coordinator to join our beauty startup! It's great for someone who has a few years of experience working in the beauty industry or the CPG world.


You will manage our social media platforms, develop strategies with the CEO & creatives team to increase brand awareness, and beresponsible for creating & implementing content and marketing strategies for our brand. The position will be both creative and analytical, some other projects you may work on include writing product copy, communicating and building relationships with influencers, and planning events such as new product launches & trade shows, among others.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain the editorial calendar with upcoming promotions, stories, and launches, as well as day-to-day postings on social media platforms with a focus on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop and implement a strategic social media and marketing plan that reflects our brand's content and marketing goals
  • Cultivate and nurture a network of influencers to increase awareness of ESW Beauty & partnerships
  • Manage day-to-day marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Provide detailed analysis, monitoring, tracking, and reporting on the performance of social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Assist the team to plan & attend brand events including new product launches, trade shows, & in store demos


Qualifications & Skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram & TikTok
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in CPG brand marketing, with experience in social media preferred


Job Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 (depending on experience level)
