Social Media Marketer & Content Creator

• Lexington Plastic Surgeons is looking for a talented content creator, with the wide range of skills necessary to bring our social media to life! Our in-house creator will possess the ability to conceptualize and produce content in various formats, including shooting video, photography, graphic design, live streams, etc. This role will require hands-on recording and posting of content.
• Multi-talented candidate to bring a brand to life and increase brand awareness
• Creative ways to showcase company's mission and stories
• Location: NYC Office (this is not a remote role)
• Knowledge of all social media platforms

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Hootsuite or similar tool to schedule social posts
• The Social Media & Digital Content Creator will work with the Chief Marketing Officer, as well as other members of the marketing and extended team, to develop a content strategy that will produce a robust stream of visually captivating collateral.
• Create video, image, and graphic posts for use across organic and paid social on multiple social platforms, as well as ad platforms
• Capture quality Before and After photographs of patients, events, staff
• Assist in developing content strategy
• Coordinate with stakeholders across various teams to develop content utilizing pertinent information
• Record video of medical procedures, physicians, staff, events, etc.
• Conceptualize topics for videos and live streams
• Develop and maintain content calendar

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showing prior creative work
• Must be comfortable with viewing medical procedures
• Expertise in content creation -- You must utilize the algorithms, keywords and advertising power of these platforms to maximize exposure
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite
