The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing our consumer facing online presence. This role will have the support of the brand team but act as the hub, ensuring that on-brand content is created regularly and is tracking to the desired performance. This is a strategic, analytic and creative role that requires an ability to understand how to steer our online presence.
This role will also be crucial in helping to develop an omnichannel ecommerce strategy which facilitates the customer journey from discovery to purchase. This role will develop promotions that succeed in customer acquisition and retention and drive brand awareness.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage influencer program, UGC, and partner giveaways
• Exemplify the company’s values while representing our brands
• Produce dynamic photographic, graphic, and video content, including live social programming, regularly
• Work independently and as part of the team
• Manage content calendar, informing cross-functional teammates of content plans as well as collaborating with other departments to create content based on their needs
• Engage with consumer audience regularly on key social platforms in order to create brand conversation and engagement
• Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and maintain dashboards for all targeted metrics bi-weekly
• Be self-driven and self-motivated
• Be an energetic, organized, and a motivated problem solver
• Identify consumer trends in the digital space, making recommendations to leadership on new and emerging trends, capabilities, and tools.
• Lead by example and taking initiative; be outgoing and approachable
• In collaboration with the Brand Team, develop channel-specific monthly, quarterly, and yearly social strategies and content plans that support brand initiatives and drive intent-to-purchase with a focus on key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and any other emerging platforms)
• Ask for help when needed

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and evolving high-growth business
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Ability to be a visual storyteller through multiple media
• Extensive experience managing and curating social media
• Previous work with SEO and email marketing
• Experience working with website design and UX development
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 with booster shot completed
• Professional photo/video production and editing experience, especially for social platforms
• Must be able to work with quick turnaround and timelines

Schilling Cider was founded in a garage in 2012. And while the glycol chiller that we run today couldn't even fit in that garage, the same spirit for making bold, flavor forward ciders and always figuring out how to do it better lives on today. Schilling Cider is the second largest cider producer in the US thanks to the team of people who work across the company. That growth has been enabled with the installation of a high-speed canning line capable of 1,200cpm. We're looking to add team members to help care for our equipment and improve processes. While it is no longer
in a garage, the same culture and drive are there in what we do today and what we're laying the groundwork for tomorrow.
