Summary of the Role:

As an intern at Satisfied, you will play a crucial role in supporting our social media efforts and helping to build our online presence. You will be responsible growing @runnerkarolineolsen and @staysatisfied YouTube channels. We are specifically looking for someone with editing skills and YouTube knowledge to work closely together with Karoline Olsen, marathon runner, and founder, on editing YouTube videos that showcase our brand and products. If you are eager to learn do not hesitate to reach out regardless of your experience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, film, and edit YouTube videos.
• Monitor YouTube analytics to track the performance of our content and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct research on industry trends, health, and nutrition topics, and relevant hashtags to inform content creation.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop our YouTube strategy that aligns with our brand values and target audience.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software and experience editing YouTube videos.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for health, nutrition, fitness, and wellness, with a genuine interest in promoting wholesome food choices and a healthy lifestyle.
• Leadership skills and ability to learn skills as needed.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring content is delivered in a consistent and timely manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that connects with our target audience.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, nutrition, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Success in this position means taking ownership of YouTube and communicating effectively with the founder to grow the YouTube channels as desired. You will have the opportunity to build your social media growth portfolio as Karoline and Satisfied has close to zero Youtube presence at the moment.
