Video Editor (Paid Social)

Our client in the retail and apparel fashion industry is looking to bring on a part-time Vide Editor with a focus in paid social media on an ongoing basis. Must have experience working in the lifestyle, fashion, or cosmetics industry to be considered.

This role is starting at 10-20 hours per week. As project load increases, it has the potential for more hours and to become full-time. If you're local to San Diego, you have the option to work in person in Encinitas office.

This Video Editor will be responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with Content Director, Art Director, and the digital/tech team.
• Strategizing and interpreting data analytics from paid partnerships
• Staying up-to-date on current trends in order to maximize engagement
• Attending biweekly meetings with digital marketing agency partner is preferred
• Taking existing content and creating high quality video content ads across multiple social platforms

This Vide Editor will need:

• Proficient knowledge of running campaigns on Google, Meta/Facebook and TikTok
• Ability to edit videos through Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and other motion design editing platforms
• Fresh ideas and ability to understand trends to grow social presence
• Ability to strategize campaign ideas based on data driven results
• Ability to work independently and contribute in a team environment
• Must have experience working in the lifestyle, fashion, or cosmetics industry
