Graphic Design & Marketing Manager

We are looking for a *super organized*, energetic and self-motivated person with a strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic to join our high-performing team.

Full-time position with hybrid/remote options.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Design unique and custom content (social media posts, video, email blasts, signage, ads) for different real estate clients while maintaining brand consistency across all creatives

-Create and manage content/social media calendar, post across platforms and engage with followers on social platforms

-Advise on the design or support in coming up with creatives for ads, logos, signage and other brand elements for clients

-Brainstorm and design email campaigns

-Present ideas and drafts to the team, come up with innovative and interesting content for our clients' social media platforms and other marketing strategies

-Help build engagement on social platforms

-Innovate the KLOUD brand and drive our clients forward across digital media

-Manage/support graphic designer and other social media/digital marketing managers

REQUIREMENTS

-Occasional Availability on weekends/holidays to post on social media/engage with social accounts

-Strong organizational skills - Ability to manage several tasks/calendars/content for several clients at once

-2+ years of experience working at a marketing agency or working in-house on a marketing team

-Interest in real estate

-Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, or Marketing

-Expertise in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign

-Professional experience with TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn and experience with relevant social media monitoring tools

-Excellent spelling and grammar skills, especially email

-Ability to multitask and meet deadline, strong work ethic and desire to learn

-Confidence in executing tasks independently, working with remote team members, and interacting with peers and senior executives at partner companies.

BONUS REQUIREMENTS

-Experience working in real estate

-Experience in: Adobe After Effects, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Kapwing, WebFlow, Squarespace
