Site Coordinator Jobs

Tiny Chefs is seeking Site Coordinators who will oversee instructors at our after-school enrichment and summer programs at sites in Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia. The Site Coordinators will:

• Coach and provide support and feedback to instructors teaching cooking classes at after school enrichment and summer programs.
• Substitute teach for instructors as needed.
• Be the main point of contact for program logistics relating to their school site and act as a liaison for parents, instructors, administration, and students.

Tiny Chefs is seeking a Site Coordinator with the following knowledge and skills:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• A comprehensive understanding of age-appropriate classroom and behavior management skills and age-appropriate activity and curriculum planning.
• A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or elementary education/2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
• First aid and CPR certified (Tiny Chefs can facilitate acquiring certification).
• A background check and finger printing for working with minors will be required.
• A proven record of being a reliable, energetic, and enthusiastic motivator.

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
