About The Role
The purpose of this position is to assist in the development of procedures and operational guidance within the HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) program.
What You'll Do
  • Supports cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
  • Provides support for monitoring injury, illness, and incident related performance. Supports the development and implementation of strategic solutions that will improve the performance results.
  • Provides regulatory compliance support and reports findings, concerns, and deficiencies. Responds to client/customer/member concerns regarding HSE matters.
  • Supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility (Client Code of Conduct) by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and client policies and procedures.
  • May act as a HSE subject matter resource for the field.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Minimum 2 years of HSE related experience.
Fundamental knowledge of federal, state and local health and safety and environmental regulations is essential.
Certificates and/or licenses as required by local authority.
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with a sense of urgency.
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and schedules.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HSE Sr Coordinator position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour] and the maximum salary for the HSE Sr Coordinator position is $85,000 annually [or $40.87 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
