Our Impact:

• Maintaining the health and reliability of our contact audience and implementing data hygiene processes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal requirements.
• Providing tools and expertise to allow marketing communications provide dynamic message content, implement audience retargeting, and build advanced digital marketing campaigns.
• Measurement, analysis and reporting on email performance, campaign effectiveness, audience targeting impact, and message testing results.
• Developing testing plans to improve the performance of marketing campaigns by providing actionable intelligence and recommendations for change.
• Working closely with our internal partners our team is responsible for the development and deployment of the Single-Family Marketing Communications team’s client facing email marketing messaging.

Your Impact:

• Managing multiple concurrent assignments, surfacing timing and content issues to leadership, and proving input on potential process improvements.
• Developing message creative for email marketing campaigns using platforms like Eloqua and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Implementation of A/B testing to optimize email messaging.
• Ensure projects are delivered, jobs are correctly tracked, and tasks are completed on time.
• Testing and quality assurance of email marketing messages prior to distribution.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of issues common to the message development process.
• Data gathering for email specific analytics requests.

Qualifications

• Experience with any email marketing platform.
• Eloqua and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in digital marketing or an undergraduate degree in a relevant marketing or communications discipline.
• Financial Services experience is a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $61,000 - $91,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
