Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Family Office Services to help build out the wealth/asset management practice within our firm. As the Director of Family Office Services, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial solutions to high-net-worth individuals and their families. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our Family Office Services division.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Family Office Services division, overseeing a team of professionals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
• Manage estate and gift planning, including consultation and annual review
• Provide strategic guidance and advice to high-net-worth individuals and their families on complex financial matters, including taxation, wealth management, estate planning, and asset protection.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth individuals and their related entities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring their financial goals are met.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize tax efficiency for clients, utilizing your expertise in taxation and complex pass-through entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on serving high-net-worth individuals and families.
• LLM in Taxation is a plus
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• CPA certification or JD is required.
• Expertise in complex pass-through entities and taxation, with a proven track record of delivering innovative tax strategies.
