We are seeking a talented Marketing/Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing campaigns and developing effective strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Once trained, this can be a Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office. What you will do: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness. Determine the proper media channels for marketing based on cost and results; intent is to maximize the impact of the marketing campaigns and generate high-quality leads efficiently. Analyze and monitor campaign data and metrics to identify which channels are delivering the best results and adjusting marketing strategies accordingly. Write and design marketing materials, including product descriptions, sales collateral, and email campaigns. Create and script unique value propositions that communicate our products and services effectively. Identify new and innovative ways to distribute marketing material and messaging about our products and services. Manage and track lead generation efforts across all channels, including print catalog, email, social media, and web advertising. Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary marketing materials to generate sales and close deals. Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Manage and maintain our social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, and responding to comments and messages. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors. Collaborate with our outside marketing partners to optimize our impact and reach to customers. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field At least 2+ years of experience in a marketing or lead generation role. Excellent writing and editing skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with marketplace platforms, email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and lead generation tools, experience with Hubspot is preferred. Understanding of sales processes and how to create marketing materials to support the sales team. A passion for digital commerce a plus. Specialty Store Services is an equal opportunity employer.
