Job Description
Description: Objectives of this Role
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Track and resolve lost, missing or incomplete shipments.
  • Ability to plan, schedule, train, check and evaluate work, and willing and able o effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • 1 to 2 years maintaining inventory and performing shipping and receiving duties in a design-build manufacturing environment. ProfitKey experience preferred.
  • Inspect, pack and ship outgoing orders.
  • Receive, inspect, log and issue all incoming shipments.
  • Reject, tag and notify vendors of non-conforming product through nonconforming process.
  • Provide shipping details to accounting for correct customer billing.
  • Ship parts and components to customers, suppliers, service technicians, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to perform climbing, stooping, crouching, walking, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to operate computer, telephone, small tools, and fork truck.
  • Schedule Full and LTL truck shipments as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in ProfitKey for all activity.
  • High School diploma or equivalent with additional training in computer applications and data entry. Physical/Mental Standards
  • Close mental and visual requirements needed to perform work dealing primarily with shipping and receiving of materials.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient for constant use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Speech and hearing sufficient for regular communications. Vision sufficient for use of a computer monitor and transaction documents.
  • Executing up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and or 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Current fork truck license, with a safe record, or ability to acquire one internally.   • Track and assemble parts orders for customers, engineers, and field service to resolve lost, missing or incomplete shipments.
