Job Description

Role : ServiceNow Developer

Location : Hybrid / On-site

Duration: Long-term Contract

Visa Status : Any Visa

Position : W2 Only


:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Mid-Level Developer . As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services.
  • Collaborate with other ServiceNow developers and administrators to share knowledge and promote best practices.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow to align with organizational processes and best practices.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing system downtime.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, working on ServiceNow platform implementations and customizations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs and integration methods (REST, SOAP, JSON, etc.).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Workflow Editor, UI Policy, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
