Qualifications:

• Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to type efficiently.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED.
• Basic & phone computer skills.

Responsibilities:

The Service Receptionist is responsible for assisting customers throughout service appointment process. The Service Receptionist communicates with customers and Service Department personnel in the execution of his/her duties.

• Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner.
• Inform and introduce the client to the Advisor and explain the nature of the visit. Maintain a consistent level of communication with Service Advisors to properly coordinate which advisor is available to meet with the next arriving client.
• Provide administrative support to the staff when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide information to appropriate store personnel regarding client needs and expectations to help ensure the entire team is prepared to provide the highest level of service to the client.
• Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person.
• Schedules appointments for service via telephone, e-mail and in person

The expected pay range for this position is $15.50 to $41.40 Hourly.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
