Service & Parts Operations Manager

The Service and Parts Operations Manager is a critical leadership role that works side by side with the sales organizations. We are looking for a dynamic person who brings experience in after sales operational process, statistical analysis, sales and marketing, incentive-based
programs, service contracts and leadership capabilities to interact with and engage our service
and parts field force. Successful candidates in this role will lead Area Managers to ensure key
field priorities are understood and executed at the individual district level. This includes travelling with the Area Managers to help evaluate performance, educate, and develop new skill sets.
Successful Service and Parts Operations Manager candidates will also collaborate with Business Center and Headquarters staff to establish and execute focused field priorities on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to drive revenue. Additionally, the Operations Manager is tasked with improving and enhancing the customer shopping, buying, and ownership experience by consulting dealerships to implement customer focused programs.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience with increasing responsibility and leadership positions in service, parts, sales, marketing, or related discipline
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to analyze data objectively and utilize data to drive business strategy
Strong interpersonal skills
Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree
Experience leading medium to large sized teams
OEM sales experience in metro markets
