Pomp\'s Tire Service is urgently hiring for a Service Manager. The Service Manager is a core part of Pomp\'s Tire Service and works with customers to scheduling services. Many of our Store Managers worked in this role.


\


\

Job Responsibilities


\


  • Additional tasks as assigned
  • Ensure service employees are properly trained
  • Assign tasks to service employees
  • Follow and collect past due accounts
  • Assist with store inventory management
  • Maintain a clean workspace
  • Answer incoming calls and manage customer inquiries
  • Assist in Shop to maintain production
  • Analyze tire problems and advise solutions

Job Requirements


\


  • Valid drivers license and ability to maintain driving record to Pomp\'s Tire Service standards
  • Ability to read and verify work order information
  • Previous tire experience strongly preferred
  • Management and sales experience preferred
  • Automotive/mechanical skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers


\
