Program Manager, Legal Jobs

Program Manager, Legal Responsibilities:

• Operate independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results at a large scale
• Build standardized playbooks and processes for identifying and closing gaps for new products, regulation, external audits and compliance, verticals, countries etc.
• Act as primary Program Manager supporting product development and/or compliance initiatives including: internal/external audit, regulatory reporting, and requests for information from regulatory agencies
• Manage multiple programs including planning, coordinating with cross functional teams, tracking status, communicating to key stakeholders, and creating the appropriate program documents

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated results in a highly regulated environment
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent project or program management experience
• 5+ years of program and/or project management or similar experience
• Experience at a large consulting firm

Preferred Qualifications:

• Program Management experience supporting product development and/or regulatory and compliance initiatives
• Experience influencing and driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base, including: senior leaders, peers, technical, and non-technical stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams including, but not limited to Product, Eng, Policy, and Ops.
• Experience with internal/external audits
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
