Service Desk Lead | Hybrid, Providence, RI | $75,000 - $85,000


One of Rhode Island's leading professional services company's are looking to bring on board a Service Desk Lead as they look to grow out their IT presence.


The role provides you with the perfect opportunity to work for a company who are looking to revamp their entire IT infrastructure with a specific focus on cloud based technology.


You will work for a company who have a strong focus on work-life balance, offering 4 weeks of paid vacation. They will also pay for any certifications that you are looking to take whilst working with the business.


You will operate at an escalated level of support whilst also being a mentor to more junior engineers and technicians within the team.


Key requirements for the role:


· Windows Server

· Office365

· Mobile Device Management

· Basic Networking Experience

· Strong Networking Skills
