Troubleshoot technical problems with Microsoft and other programsDeploy, maintain, and support desktop hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, copiers, and other electronic equipmentAssist with preparation of computers to send to out of state locationParticipate in professional development and training activitiesUtilize strong analytical skills and reasoning to identify solutions to technical issuesEscalate unresolved technical issues to other IT Support team member when appropriate (clearly communicate steps taken) Requirements: Minimum basic knowledge of computers and networkingWorking knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem solving and customer service skillsStrong attention to detailHighschool diploma or equivalentMaintain reliable and predictable attendanceAbility to pass a background screening Preferred Requirements:Formal IT Training is desired but not required Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, kneel or bend for long periods of timeAbility to lift and move equipment up to 40 poundsAbility to crawl may be required Get in touch!
