Responsibilities
  • Assist in answering phone lines for service advisors and service manager
  • Follow up with customers to confirm completion of work and satisfaction with their experience
  • Utilize manufacturer survey tool to reach out to customers and encourage them to leave a positive review
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties
  • Ensuring repair orders are closed correctly and review / resolve discrepancies in cash / credit card payments received the day prior
  • Check loaner vehicles in and out to customers and ensure proper documentation of vehicle state
  • Help the Service Advisors, Service Manager, and Warranty Administrator as needed
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Experience using general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced computer software skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
  • 3 years of clerical or administrative support experience
