Job Description
  • Primary Responsibilities
    • Strategic analysis of business needs.
    • Understand user's needs.
    • Gather and analyse business and user data to support your hypotheses.
    • Work on concept generation and design.
    • Map user journeys and flows.
    • Communicate and test your concepts using the most appropriate technique.
    • Constructively critique creative work, offering direction for improving quality, consistency or strategy.
    • Work collaborative with other UX designers, business stakeholders and development team to ensure a smooth experience across channels.

  • Practical experience in user research for mobile.
  • 2+ years experience in mobile interaction design.
  • 3+ years of interaction design experience.
  • Strategic analysis of business needs.

  • Experience Required
    • 3+ years of interaction design experience.
    • 2+ years experience in mobile interaction design.
    • Highly proficient in English spoken/written.
    • Comprehensive "toolbox" - proficiency in more than one tool highly appreciated (love of hand-drawn sketches and post-its a plus).
    • Practical experience in user research for mobile.
