Location: Pittsburgh/Cheswick
Your Challenge:
  • Intake meetings, strategic sourcing, candidate identification & selection, salary determination, and offers of employment including negotiations
  • Using data and market intel, influence the decision-making process with your hiring teams
  • Coach and train hiring managers on effective interview and selection techniques, equipping them with the skills necessary to move through the recruitment cycle confidently and seamlessly.
  • Leverage various recruitment tools to showcase market data that supports and drives recruitment strategy
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Team to support a strong talent brand that will attract top talent to Curtiss-Wright and fuel our pipeline for future growth.
  • Be a trusted advisor to hiring teams for all things recruitment within your assigned portfolio
Your Expertise:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually.
  • Strong professional relationship skills.
  • Self-directed and able to work remotely as required.
  • Ability to grasp various recruitment requirements, quickly.
  • Action-oriented with a very strong sense of urgency.
  • Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a personnel security clearance.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience of high-volume recruiting covering a wide span of industries and levels within an organization.
  • Comfortable operating within an applicant tracking system (ATS). Workday experience desirable.
  • Experience working in a high-volume full-cycle recruitment environment, identifying talent from hourly manufacturing to professional level roles.
  • Advanced sourcing skills including direct head-hunting and cold calling.
