Job Description

Summary

Under the direction of the Director Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquistion Partner supports and develops relationships with assigned business units. Provides expert support in a timely fashion with focus on the education of hiring process, recruitment strategy, and process/technological improvement. Hybrid role, some onsite presence is required.

The Senior TA Partner provides leadership, mentorship and oversight to assigned recruitment teams and projects. Driving initiatives forward, measuring success and effectiveness of intervention, and ensuring best practice in all aspects of our practice. This individual will work closely with the TA Team and Hiring Leaders to outline sourcing strategies, program coordination, and annual events. Partnering with analytics team, the TAP will present data on a regular cadence and track effectiveness of our activities. The TAP will support their team by sourcing for select roles, and recruiting for niche roles within the division.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education - Preferred

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Work Experience

At least three (5) years solid Talent Acquisition experience required.

Required additional Knowledge, and Abilities

Proven project management, independent/ thinking and training skills required. Ability to interface / communicate effectively with all levels of staff. Demonstrates creativity, motivation, ability to think out of box, proactive conflict resolution skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be a role model for SSH's
