THE ROLE:


Athletic Greens (AG) is seeking a skilled Senior Specialist, CRM with expertise in Salesforce to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Applications and Systems, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross functional stakeholders to identify business needs and provide configuration solutions using Salesforce features and functionalities. The ideal candidate has a passion in building solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform and will thrive when partnered with a product manager to design and build Salesforce applications. Our Salesforce instance was recently introduced to AG, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for growth, influence, and development opportunities.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:


  • Drive user adoption by creating and delivering training programs, documentation, and user guides to improve adoption. .
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and recommending relevant updates.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Product Manager, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and data quality.
  • Support Sandbox environment management with adaptability to operate in DevOps/release management setup.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, working closely with technical teams and Salesforce support when necessary.
  • Support cross-functional projects involving Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise in system design and implementation.
  • Enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user setup, configuration, and system customization.
  • Design, develop, document, test, and modify ongoing customization and adjustments to the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the evaluation and selection of AppExchange apps and third-party integrations to enhance the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce-related initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:


  • Experience with integration tools like Boomi, Mulesoft, or fivetran is a plus.
  • Experience in documenting and maintaining system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in Salesforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of data management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and familiarity with Lightning components and features.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce as an admin/sr. admin required.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and the ability to work with Experience Cloud.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to Salesforce, including data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Salesforce Preferred certification(s): Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I, Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
  • Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Salesforce.
  • Creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects, including system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or a related field.
  • Salesforce certifications required; Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud.

AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $115,000 - $150,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
