ABOUT US:
- Drive user adoption by creating and delivering training programs, documentation, and user guides to improve adoption. .
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and recommending relevant updates.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Product Manager, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and data quality.
- Support Sandbox environment management with adaptability to operate in DevOps/release management setup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, working closely with technical teams and Salesforce support when necessary.
- Support cross-functional projects involving Salesforce, providing guidance and expertise in system design and implementation.
- Enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform, including user setup, configuration, and system customization.
- Design, develop, document, test, and modify ongoing customization and adjustments to the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of AppExchange apps and third-party integrations to enhance the capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce-related initiatives, including system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
- Experience with integration tools like Boomi, Mulesoft, or fivetran is a plus.
- Experience in documenting and maintaining system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues in Salesforce.
- In-depth knowledge of data management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and familiarity with Lightning components and features.
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce as an admin/sr. admin required.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and the ability to work with Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to Salesforce, including data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Salesforce Preferred certification(s): Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I, Business Analyst, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
- Experience with Salesforce automation, including flows and other automation tools.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Salesforce.
- Creative and critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects, including system enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications required; Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Sales Cloud.
