We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Global Specialist Manager to join our Corporate Trust New Business team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is a HYBRID position (3 days in office).
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Provide strategy direction for streamlining and optimization processes for team; ensures alignment with relationship managers.
Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise on analytics and tracking related to the onboarding of new business task.
Act as an escalation point for complex problems that less experienced resources cannot solve.
Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
5-7 years of work experience.
0-1 years in management experience preferred.
