Senior Research Associate - Digital Health

:

• Lead curation and processing of data from Lab and DSTI studies for in preparation for further data science and statistics analysis
• Working with the technical lead on collecting clinical study data using mobile/sensor-based technologies of interest to the research team, including interfacing and liaison with external vendors or manufacturers for support
• Evaluate new DHT by hands-on testing and analyzing the DHT data, including visualization
• Will be an integral member of a research team with expertise in multiple disciplines.
• Lead writing manual for study technical operations, contribute to study design and data analysis planning
• Work closely with the data analytics team, help develop analysis pipelines for DSTI project studies and portfolio clinical trials to generate measurement metrics for further statistics analysis
• Responsible for acquiring and processing data collected using digital health technologies (DHT).
• We are looking for a self-directed senior associate to support technical, clinical and data science efforts in the Digital Sciences and Translational Imaging (DSTI) group.
• Works under general supervision and performs work under SOPs with a level of independence
• Collaborate with data scientists, statisticians for clinical studies; will also interact with external Digital Health Technology vendors.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior colleagues
• For moderately complex projects, use creativity and experimentation to work under ambiguous situations and make decisions for loosely-defined problems

Qualifications:

• Highly self-motivated, can work both independently and in a team setting
• A strong technical background
• Experience conducting clinical studies as well as processing DHT and clinical study data.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a "can do" attitude to find solution and deliver success, working on tight timelines
• 3+ years of lab research experience on digital health technologies
• Proven experience in scientific computing, data science and machine-learning especially Python
• Understanding of the biopharmaceutical environment and the drug development process
• BS in biomedical disciplines, computational science, or statistics
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
