Job Description

I am currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a Top ENR Rated Warehouse and Distribution Centre Contractor.


The ideal candidate for this position should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience in estimation is required
  • Possess a minimum of 8 years of project management experience in design/build, specifically general contracting (GC).
  • Demonstrate a background in managing projects related to warehouse, distribution, cold storage, light industrial, or lab/pharm environments.


Primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Organizing, planning, and managing multiple activities simultaneously to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating with owners and the design team across departments to develop initial concept drawings.
  • Conducting biweekly meetings at the job site.
  • Participating in proposal meetings with the owner.
  • Overseeing other Project Managers within the team.
  • Making necessary improvements based on customer feedback and meeting the expectations of external clients.
  • Supervising the buyout process and subcontractor selection.
  • Excelling in high-pressure situations by working effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Managing and overseeing various aspects of a project, including estimation, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety protocols, and proposal preparation.
