Job Description
Are you looking for a product management role where you will be working with brand new products? Have you been following the news around advancements in AI? Are you passionate about cybersecurity? Do you enjoy working on a high-performing, fast-paced team? Do you thrive in ambiguity? If so, we are looking for you!
Our culture is one of ambition and science. We aim to dream boldly, ignite imaginations, and push boundaries. This is not a team that is content with the status quo; we are driven by the thrill of pursuing high-risk, high-reward opportunities. We believe in a future that is brighter and better than the present, and we want to be the ones who make it happen, first.
The Microsoft Security organization’s mission of making the world a safer place has never been more important. As threats become more frequent and sophisticated, we must work to develop and improve products that keep our customers safe. The Customer Experience Engineering (CXE) team within the Microsoft Security organization is at the forefront of this effort, engaging directly with customers to contribute to their success. The CXE team assists in the onboarding of customers to our products, focuses on delivering a top-notch customer experience, and drives a data-driven feedback loop to inform product decision-making.
We recently announced Security Copilot, our new AI-based security offering that will enable security professionals to move at the speed and scale of AI. Security Copilot combines the latest Large Language Model (LLM) technology with the full power of the Microsoft Security products that our customers are already using. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Security Copilot CXE team.

  • Act as the advocate and interface between customers, partners, and the Microsoft Security product and engineering teams for Microsoft’s Security AI product and the Microsoft 365 Defender product suite, Sentinel, and Intune to ensure customer and partner issues are properly addressed, drive critical feedback and insights, and gather customer requirements to improve the product, value to customers, and product adoption.
  • Serve as a point of contact in Microsoft Security Engineering for assigned customers and partners.
  • Embody Microsoft’s culture and values.
  • Support customers, partners, and engagement teams as the Security AI product evolves.
  • Work directly with customers at all levels of their security organization from analyst to Cheif Informations Security Officer to support investigation and response.
