About The Team

You will be joining the team as a leader, regardless of where you join. We consider candidates who exude leadership, integrity, and communication. This team is responsible for growing our product, analyzing traction, and studying conversion..

What you’ll do

In this role, you will develop and execute how customers engage with vaullti across on our platform and remove friction to derive more value for vaullti. You will align go-to-market teams with marketing and sales channels, and engage with customers to grow revenue. You will work closely with a cross-functional team including engineering, marketing, sales, and design.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our customers across different types of businesses, synthesize data and research and experiments to reduce friction and increase traction.
  • You will lead teams to execute a roadmap for infrastructure, customer experiences, and sales/marketing. All the while focusing on increasing traction and usage.
  • Develop strategies and roadmaps for when and how we should engage customers to increase traction and usage on the platform.

Who you are

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience working with a broad set of stakeholders and driving alignment
  • Experience with iterative hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation
  • 8+ years of experience as a product manager launching consumer or B2B products
  • Takes an ownership mindset and works on whatever it takes to solve problems and delight user
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience working with sales and marketing organizations at scale
  • Bonus: Experience working on product-led sales and growth problems (acquisition, activation, retention)
