Senior Product Manager

Sportsbook Product (Live Betting & Sweat Experience)

A rare chance to join the DraftKings product organization and drive the evolution of our North American consumer facing product across iOS, Android, and Desktop. We’re looking for an experienced senior product manager to join our team and take ownership of our “Live Betting” and “Sweat” product experiences.

On the Sportsbook Product Team, you will be responsible for building best-in-class user experiences to win with the North American sports bettor. You will deliver an innovative live betting product that’s better than the competition and positions us to capitalize on key trends in the market. You will ensure we acquire, engage, and retain Sportsbook users and make DraftKings the No.1 destination for North American sports fans and bettors during the game.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure North American sports bettors and fans have a flawless experience when using our native apps and web experiences. Deliver a best-in-class Live Betting UX that is immersive and engaging for our users, bringing to life the sweat experience to leave our customers inspired and coming back for more.
• You are the advocate and voice of our users. Own our product team’s relationship with the North American sports fan for Live Betting. Talk to users, participate in research, and learn about their needs and interests. Create digital experiences that deliver value for them.
• Work closely with Engineering and Delivery Management to own the product development lifecycle. Balance technical complexity against user value and business outcomes to prioritize and deliver efficiently. Produce digital experiences that are reliable, stable and scale, while generating KPI growth.
• Collaborate with the product team across the sportsbook front end, back end, and trading / operational teams to ensure we solve user pain points and build end to end plans and roadmaps that deliver a best in market live betting UX.
• Accountable for discovering new products based on data, user research, and competitive analysis that appeal to sports bettors and sports fans. Work closely with design, research, and analytics to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
• Create, manage, and evangelize the product roadmap for our sportsbook consumer experience at DK.
• Establish and own a clear set of objectives and KPI’s for your product and responsible for delivering against those outcomes on your roadmap.

Who You Are

• Bring holistic product experience from strategy to shipping product
• Significant focus on building products for North American sports fans or at a market leading digital consumer product company with millions of users
• Minimum of 7+ years working experience within product management, including experience and expertise developing product strategy and roadmaps
• Experience with the real-money gaming industry, in particular with Sports Betting products and/or technologies
• A passion for sports & deep understanding of the sports media, sports-betting, and sports technology / business landscapes

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,600.00 - $194,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
