Responsibilities and Services:
• Hand on Extensive Expertise in Cisco FTD Firepower Threat Defense, Cisco Identity Services Engine ISE and Cisco VPN technologies
• Expertise in Cisco ISE implementation and management.
• Working knowledge of Infoblox DNS, IPAM, NTP
• Contributes to the design architecture, integration and installation tasks.
• Participate in regular meetings with client including but not limited to weekly meetings, scrums and ad-hoc design meetings as needed.
• Coordinates with the client and other contractors in order to understand and meet the requirements for current and future project implementations.
• Evaluates hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations.
• Works closely with vendors & partners for client’s vision towards next generation datacenter and infrastructure solutions.
• Establishes and controls network infrastructure and security aspects as needed.
• Develops and establishes strong relationships with clients, vendors and service providers.
• Prepares and maintains documentation of configurations and infrastructure architecture.
• Develop, maintain and test disaster recovery plans with client’s vision towards private cloud model.
• Expertise in various routing protocols and Nexus switching technologies.
• Working knowledge of various Cloud networking technologies and tools in AWS, MAG and other public clouds
• Strong troubleshooting skills specific to network infrastructure and ability to effectively work in a complex environment to resolve issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience plus a minimum of 7 years in maintaining network infrastructure for large organizations, preferably Federal.
• Advanced networking certifications such as CCNP is preferred.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting networking infrastructure.
• Experience supporting Private and Public cloud Networking Services.
