Network Security Engineer Jobs

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Network Security Engineer to join the team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing network security expertise related to any of the following: activation and turn up of customer security equipment, failover testing, monitoring network security devices, troubleshooting, investigation of events, debug, investigation of incidents, escalation or mitigation of incidents and events, network security analysis, or deployment of devices. This is a remote role and this shift is Sunday through Thursday and begins at 9 PM local time.

Duties:

• Activation and turn up of customer security equipment
• Failover testing
• Monitor network security devices

Desired Skills/Experience:

• One of the following: NSE4, NSE 5-Analyzer, NSE 5 - Manager, NSE 7
• Cisco Router and Routing Background
• CCNA
• 2+ years of experience in IT, networking or cybersecurity required
• CCNP
• Integrated Router Firewall background
• Fortinet and Fortigate Security experience
