Lead the team to enable Atrium Professional Brands to be the preferred choice on wellness needs, across all stages of life and benefit areas, by developing an unmatched holistic experience to consumers, HCPs and Patients, driving double digit OG and mantaining profitability. The position will maximize our growth and win in the market, leading compelling customer-centric and best-in-class omnichannel strategies, while ensuring strong collaboration across areas in Marketing and Ebusiness. Strategies must recruit and retain costumers, through an orchestrated and integrated effort across capabilities as Brand Positioning, Communication, Media, Products Mix, Trade Shows, Social, DTC, Digital Services, CRM, Loyalty, Technologies, and BI. Finally, this role is responsible for holistic plans connecting with creative, tech operations, sales, med education, ecom, supply chain, IT, and identifying synergies to meet international needs.


Responsibilities:
  • Promote an open, diverse and inclusive agenda for all levels.
  • Drive unique & differentiated proposition for DTC by leveraging and developing hard hitting, high-priority messaging, personalizated nutrition (DNI, DNA, Health Kits, Vitamin Quiz) and leveraging our science-backed product portfolio. Develop strategic, integrated, brand equity campaigns to amplify reach and conversion.
  • Marketing -
  • Sponsor performance and talent, while creating the succession plans for key positions.
  • Oversee the development of the marketing comunication plans (content calendar) across all customers (HCP, patient, consumer), and all channels (HCP, distributor, ecommerce) including digital brand websites, social media, print, media strategy, ambassadors, tradeshows, medical education, sales aids, CRM, brand communications, content strategy, etc.
  • Oversee a broad team of marketers that have responsibility for all customers and all channels
  • Lead marketing capabilities development plan and trainings necessary for the team.
  • Search: Support team to lead the strategy development for search into brands ecosystem for Consumers and HCPs, partnering with marketing in contents enhacements and new developments.
  • Accelerate new HCP acquisition, drive growth and retention of existing HCPs: Leveral business insights to Identify high-growth HCP segments and develop targeted growth plans. Accelerate lead generation through targeted customer segment promotion
  • Ebusiness -
  • CRM and Loyalty: Support CRM program for consumers and HCPs, evolving all communication mapping journey, data flow integration into the ecosystem and implementing subscription and loyalty to drive results.
  • People -
  • Lead the team to support special projects as Pure Patient Direct and Pure Genomics 4.0
  • Responsible to engage the team on processes as: projects prioritization, RACI, QBR, OMP, Budget Management, Seasonal Promotions and Price Increase.
  • Social, Ambassadors and PR: evolve Social strategy for Pure, DL and Genestra brands to drive engagement with content, while evolving Influencers and Ambassadors program for community building, partnering with PR.
  • Partner with Operations to develop Atrium Pro Brands Portfolio Strategy: Drive growth for Pure and Klean. Maintain sales and profitability for Douglas Lab and Genestra.
  • Guide and coach Marketing leaders for ongoing development and career evolution.
  • User Experience and User Interface: work with digital IT partners to conduct mapping of customer journeys in order to drive higher engagement, stronger sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Media: Best-in-class full-funnel media program that builds awareness, drives engagement and generates conversion amongst HCPs and Consumers.
  • Establish Professional Supplement Marketing Strategic Plans


Requirements:


  • Previous experience leading a team of diverse marketers across a variety of skill levels
  • 15+ years leading marketing, digital programs, teams and strategies with increasing responsibility.
  • Previous experience in VMHS market.
  • Costumer centric approach, with previous experience focused on consumers, patients and health care professional platforms.
  • BA/BS in business, marketing or relevant field
  • Experience as an overall marketing and digital expertise, with an integrated strategy background
  • The ability to manage and influence cross-functional sales, marketing and technology teams, and collaborate across the organization to create omnichannel solutions.

The approximate pay range for this position is $190,000-$210,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
