Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

As of April 28th, a congenial law firm seeks a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to join a talented team of professionals in the New York office. This creative position will involve:

· Contributing to internal, external, and alumni-focused marketing initiatives.

· Overseeing content on the firm’s website, and directing the creation and distribution of client alerts, attorney bios, and practice group descriptions.

· Generating newsletters for internal and external purposes, as well as executing the firm’s social media strategy.

· Maintaining editorial calendars, creating timelines, and tracking upcoming deadlines.

· Recommending opportunities for thought leadership, article placement, or interviews.

· Preparing and reviewing survey and award submissions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of communications experience within a law firm or professional services setting.

· Highly developed communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain a professional and even-tempered demeanor during high-stress situations.

· Previous experience in a leadership capacity as well as an outstanding attention to detail.
