Insitu has an immediate need for a Senior Manager of Strategy. This role will be responsible for:

• Develops organizational, business and technical strategies, goals, objectives and related metrics. Measures progress to plan.
• Aligns Insitu business strategy with broader Boeing enterprise strategies.
• Advance business cases and identifies and fosters strategic partnerships and relationships.
• Hire, deploy and schedule personnel.
• Leading team on competitive intelligence efforts and external benchmarking.
• Guide the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and documents.
• Develops organic and inorganic strategies which benefit Boeing business growth.
• Incorporates strategy into the LRBP cycle and ensures sounds investment planning.
• Providing company-wide strategic planning and corporate intelligence leadership and direction.
• Approves the technical approach used on program or multiple projects.
• Review, approve and implements facility, equipment and service plans.
• Holds leadership team accountable for achieving goals.
• Oversees the technical approach and the deliverables meet customer, company, quality, industry and regulatory standards and requirements.
• Identify and develops business opportunities and maintains surveillance over market space.
• Assign authority and responsibilities to leadership team to execute the plan.
• Leading team responsible for business market analysis & forecasting.
• Evaluate feasibility of plans and makes decisions to continue or discontinue programs, projects or processes as appropriate.
• Reviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues.
• Forecast, obtain and manage personnel, facilities, services, equipment and tools.
• Overseeing the development and implementation of long-range plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree is required, Masters preferred.
• Prior experience leading and managing a team is preferred.
• 5+ years of strategy experience, required.
