Senior Manager Marketing Strategy

JustinBradley is seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategy Manager to join a nation-wide leader in home mortgaging. This person will need to have senior-level experience in capital markets, structed transactions, and mortgage industry trends. In this role you will focus on the mortgage lender side of capital market space while also supporting investors who are buying their mortgage back securities. You will interpret customer and market insights, design business models, forecast, benchmark, etc.

*Hybrid: meeting approximately once a week in either Reston, VA or Midtown, DC offices depending on candidate’s location. Otherwise, duties can be performed remotely.

*12-month contract role with Fortune 500 company

Responsibilities:

• Perform research, insights, and value propositions to identify pain points, leading solution, and action plans
• Lead Single-Family Marketing Team, responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategy with messaging for our product, bringing passion and fresh perspective
• Take partner’s information and research on how to can achieve desired outcomes, managing expectations
• Work collaboratively with external partners on paid media campaigns, social displays, etc.
• Drive comprehensive marketing strategies to B2B secondary market audiences
• Manage relationships, supporting business partners with key initiatives, policy updates, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent large-scale experience
• Additional preferred experience in secondary mortgage markets, institutional marketing (asset managers, pensions, hedge funds, insurance companies), or investor relations within financial advising/services/banks
• Understanding of audiences across the mortgage finance ecosystem and/or the investment value chain
• Managerial experience within a highly matrixed organization
• Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Seismic
• Minimum 6 years of marketing strategy, B2B capital markets, and relationship management
