Job Title: Senior Manager Production / Manufacturing Scotty Cameron
Salary Range: $121,000 - $154,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
Summary: Responsible for leading our manufacturing team, driving the development and improvement of process excellence, and ensuring that we continue to be at the forefront of designing and producing quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with partners, suppliers, vendors, and industry experts to ensure confidentiality and efficiency in operations.
- Proactively identify, develop, and implement system and process changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures for safety and quality control standards.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to production teams. Carries out Management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training /coaching employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Establish and manage production schedules.
- Monitor the performance of production lines to ensure standards of product quality, cost control, and production flow optimization are met.
- Oversee and coordinate production operations by developing organizational strategies and establishing production objectives.
- Utilize lean principles and SOPs for production efficiency and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Production/Manufacturing Manager role or a similar role. A minimum of five (5) years managing and leading teams. Strong experience in managing a manufacturing facility with a wide array of production needs. Direct experience with LEAN/Six Sigma processes and Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Ability to effectively plan, organize, and lead projects. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards. Strong Understanding of CA employment law including Wage and Hour, Leaves of Absence etc. Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Operations, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
