We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our outstanding Data Product Management Team to drive the vision and strategy of one of our core products. As a Sr. Product Manager you will have a deep understanding of our B2B data platform and how it is used by our customers. You will identify current pain points and opportunities for solving near term problems while making progress towards a long term strategic vision.


Job Duties And Responsibilities


  • Partner with engineering to refine and prioritize product requirements using agile process and methodology
  • Define, set up and analyze metrics to track success of the product
  • Clearly communicate the status of projects on the product roadmap and in development
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to understand their use cases and scenarios to drive priorities contributing to business success
  • Drive the development and execution of the product roadmap for a critical function within ZoomInfo, ultimately setting the stage for long term and continued success
  • Facilitate acceptance testing feedback loop with stakeholders to ensure the product meets business requirements


Requirements


  • Ability to identify and plan what’s important, and juggle a variety of competing priorities. Should be autonomous and proactive.
  • Project management skills to keep complex product timelines on track
  • Good understanding of how data is acquired, processed, normalized, and experience developing search driven products or technologies
  • Ability to move fast and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
  • Discipline in enforcing an agile software development process (refinement, sprint planning) in a SaaS environment from concept through implementation and delivery, preferably using JIRA
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred


This position is on-site/hybrid in our Bethesda, MD office.

The US base salary range for this position is $133,600.00 to $183,700.00 + variable compensation + benefits.
