The leader will help manage, mature and support our GRC program. This position will provide security risk and compliance services to internal and external teams with the primary focus on protecting our products and enterprise in the cloud and on-premises.

The Senior Manager of GRC will lead a global team of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance personnel. This position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end business process, security frameworks, and technology risk. You will mentor and guide team members to meet objectives and help them achieve their career goals while lifting team performance.

What You'll Do:
  • Ensure policies, processes, and procedures are properly documented, aligned, controlled, and approved.
  • Development and ongoing oversight of company’s annual security training and awareness program related to information security compliance and risk.
  • Support our Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and/or California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) program.
  • Champion best practice in efforts to align the GRC portfolio with the IT objectives and Company objectives.
  • Up to 10% travel can be expected each year
  • Provide subject matter expertise across various compliance frameworks and regulations
  • Maintain a strategic and comprehensive Enterprise IT Risk Management program through which management identifies, analyzes, and, where necessary, responds appropriately to risks that might affect realization of the organization's business objectives. Risk analyses should include a systematic methodology to compare various kinds of inputs from across the entire company.
  • Serve as the central liaison on governance, risk, and compliance between all functions of the company.
  • Facilitate communication across the leadership team, and departments such as Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Legal, etc. to monitor risks.
  • Manage talent end to end process including planning and performance review cycles for team members
  • Facilitate both internal and external audits and other third-party / regulatory requests for compliance programs and controls.
  • Oversee and manage compliance programs within the Security function, including ISO27001 and SOC2 certification.
  • Will lead, mentor, and manage our enterprise GRC team and program
  • Participate in key governance committees.
What You'll Bring:
  • Experience wish compliance frameworks, specifically SOC2 and ISO27001
  • A thorough understanding of industry best practices in information security, risk and compliance.
  • Solid understanding of Data Privacy operations, including Data Subject Rights
  • Passion about business process improvement and removing friction from systems.
  • Ability to present ideas/solutions and communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately with others at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in reading the culture of a company, adjusting your style, and adapting as needed
  • Team player
  • 10+ years security risk and compliance related roles
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to meet deliverables and drive your work to completion within specified timelines.
