Job Description

This is a senior legal counsel role with the following requirements:

  • Handle copyright and trademark-related disputes with rights holders, sellers
  • Develop and implement IP protection and enforcement strategy for the platform against infringements by others
  • Advise on the platform rules and procedures relating to copyright and trademark infringement and protection
  • Work with general counsel to set up a strong US IP/litigation team
  • Apply effective risk management strategies and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues
  • Conduct all assignments with integrity and a high degree of responsibility


The candidate should:

  • Have trademark/copyright litigation experience
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have J.D. degree with 9+ years of legal practice, including in-house experience
  • Be entrepreneurial and proactive
  • Preferably have internet and technology experience
