Job Description

POSITION GOAL: To ensure top-level care and concern while managing clients’ marketing goals and deliverables.Training and implementation with an assigned team of Account Managers.


KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

DAILY

●Account Management for a limited number of accounts

●Client strategy development, implementation, and training

●Oversight of assigned team members

● Problem-solving for a client list

●Leadership and training for the team to manage time and deliverables


MONTHLY

●Monthly client meetings | Touch base with all clients at minimum

●Provide reporting and review of KPIs for all clients in a team

●Provide monthly success and challenge reports for all AMs directly supervised


POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, managing a portfolio of accounts, organizing ongoing projects, building client relationships, and coordinating with their team on client deliverables, action plans, timeframes and budgets for projects. The Senior Account Manager is also responsible for ensuring that marketing efforts are generating results for the client via the client-agency relationship in addition to identifying opportunities to grow accounts. He/She will also be responsible for front-line client support managing certain segments of the company's day-to-day client-facing operations and assisting in other growth areas within the company.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinates the creation, presentation, and ultimately the development of client projects.

• Works closely with other team members to ensure all deliverable requirements and deadlines are met.

• Ensures all client deliveries meet the company’s standards and quality expectations.

• Prepares budget estimates, scopes of work, and proposals when needed.

• Assigns internal resources for new client projects.

• Facilitates client process from onboarding through off-boarding.

• Enhances and maintains the company’s workflow system and other processes that drive efficiencies while allowing for creativity.

• Serves as an external representative of the company, ensuring that client expectations and satisfaction are exceeded.

• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the company’s business and offerings, helping to develop and implement strategic plans to grow accounts.

• Manages and strengthens client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying new business opportunities.

• Manages a team of assigned Account Managers with regard to onboarding & training, assigning projects, managing daily workflow, providing mentorship & guidance, reviewing performance, etc.

• Represents beMarketing in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.

• Develops, maintains, and manages company vendor relationships.

• Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.

• Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.

• Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by

departmental and organizational needs.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

• 3 or more years of experience in marketing

• 2 or more years of experience in a similar role

• Advertising agency experience preferred
