Job Responsibilities

• Define and execute investigation training for investigations, ensuring annual internal and/or external training.
• Coordinate opportunities for team to share learnings internally, e.g., with Compliance and HR
• Include recommendations for corrective and preventative actions and business process improvements, and support assignment of proper corrective actions/consequence management to the business function
• Analyze information developed from multiple investigations to identify trends and patterns.
• Manage third party vendors utilized during investigations and liaise with law enforcement when necessary to support investigations
• Assist with internal trainings as necessary
• Track and follow up on consequence management and/or process improvements resulting from investigation findings and recommendations
• Partner with Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Functional Stakeholders on investigations
• Provide guidance on investigations to your team
• Participate in internal Compliance meetings and conferences as required
• Draft well written and comprehensive reports that contain the factual support for any conclusions reached per the Sungrow Investigations SOP
• Assist with internal and external compliance audits as necessary
• Develop and maintain collaborative internal partnerships with businesses and functions.
• Conduct investigations related to alleged violations of law, internal policies, regulatory policies, ethical misconduct, theft, fraud and violence, in accordance with the Sungrow USA Corp Investigations SOP
• Assist with due diligence integrity checks as necessary
• Responsible for issue escalation and mitigation within team. Identify trends within the investigations team and report findings to management
• Collaborate with Compliance and management to identify any potential remedial measures and root causes.
