Collaborate with Legal Engineers and Customers Success Managers to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience from kick-off to go-live

5+ years as a customer facing project manager, technical program manager, or management consultant.

Manage a portfolio of multiple projects at a time. This includes overseeing project deliverables and proactively identifying risks

Experience running complex technical projects, specifically including agile sprint planning, user acceptance testing, quality assurance and software release processes.

You are a persuasive, results driven customer influencer with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Degree in engineering, project management, or combination of relevant leadership experience

Understanding of contracting principles and contract management (procurement activity knowledge is an advantage)

Manage and support the team that is leading client portfolio program management and project design

Ability to shift between program management staff and technical staff

Develop and employ safety plans for remote office and field staff

Assign team members to projects, based on workload, skillsets

Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior management and multi-unit operational roles, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry

Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully managing new museum openings and operational projects

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

New Museum Openings and Project Management:

Assist in resolving any operational challenges and providing solutions to enhance guest experiences, and outlining process improvements to be implemented.

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and facilities, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

•Experience with design, availability, performance, security, capacity planning, and license management of theNetwork & Firewalls Infrastructure.

•Experience managing circuit procurement and management with large Telecom provides.

•Experience managing cloud network connectivity. Implementation and management of SD-WAN.

•Position requires experience with Network technology: LAN, WAN, SAN, switches, and routers.

•Experience managing, troubleshooting hardware/software problems.

•Experience using network monitoring tools i.e. Solarwinds, Appneta, DataDog, Dynatrace, etc.

Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or process improvement management.

Knowledge of project management principles and practices

Preferred experience with Office of State Superintendent of Education’s Orchard system

Demonstrated facilitation skills in leading a group to prioritize and identify necessity.

Preferred experience with Federal Food.

Organize and manage assigned tasks.

Experience with payroll, working knowledge of payroll & tax concepts

Monitor and manage team performance against key performance metrics

Lead and coach a high-caliber team of front-line managers

Collaborate closely with Implementation and CX leadership to improve the customer experience and internal processes

10+ years of professional experience leading a technical team within a fast-paced environment, startup, or SaaS organization

Experience directly hiring and managing a distributed team

Foundational technical skills including strong knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages

Collaborating with Sales Engineers to ensure a consistent client experience

4+ years of B2B Implementation experience - ideally with "workflow" based software and 1000+ users within the client organization

Experience Project Managing large scale rollouts of software, and facilitating enterprise organizational change

Experience designing non-standard, creative, and non-"out-of-the-box" workflow solutions

Experience working closely and building trust with both Product and Engineering teammates

5-7 years of telecommunications engineering and construction knowledge and experience.

Strong computer skills required, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.).

Manage and supervise staff by appraising performance, training, administering salaries, and communicating department objectives.

Manage and direct plans and specifications to provide high quality service within established time frames and to meet defined financial criteria.

2+ year of previous supervisory or leadership experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
