We are seeking a Senior Identify and Access Management (IAM) administrator to design, implement, operate and govern our organization’s identity and access management systems using Microsoft Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Entra. Elite recently spun off as an independent company and we are looking for an experienced person to define, build out and automate our IAM processes. Our intended Tech stack includes Microsoft AAD/Entra for Identity and Access Management (IAM), which will control access to our enterprise systems such as the ERP, HRIS and CRM systems. The ideal candidate is security conscious, fluent in identity lifecycle management, and delights in automating manual processes and introducing efficiencies.

This is a fully remote job based within the United States.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build self-service user onboarding/offboarding processes for access and identity management
• Define, implement and automate Identity lifecycle management and access management for Elite
• Work closely with the CISO/Cyber Security Team to ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements

• Set up governance and processes to ensure adherence to Least-Privilege and Zero Trust principles
• Provide reporting for audit purposes regarding IAM activities
• Communicate our IAM processes effectively to the users who use it
• Monitor and troubleshoot the IAM environment
• Work closely with key stakeholders of enterprise systems such as HRIS, ERP and CRM to ensure seamless experiences across the organization

• Provide technical mentorship, coaching, and training to peers

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services and workloads
• Prior experience setting up IAM from scratch
• Multiple years of operational experience with Azure AD/ Microsoft Entra

• Experience with automation using Power Shell and Power Automate
• Experience with Kusto query language (KQL)
• Certification in Microsoft Identity and Access Management
• Experience with ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications
• Knowledge of NIST, COBIT and ITIL frameworks

• Methodical and insightful troubleshooting skills
• Experience collaborating with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) to enhance Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
• Prior experience in organizations operating under Private Equity ownership is desirable
• Strong written and oral communication skills
