Job Description

If this describes you, considering joining the Vontier Information Security Team as a Senior Director, Information Security Identity & Access Management.

The Senior Director, Information Security Identity & Access Management will provide expert leadership, strategic guidance, and second line-of-defense oversight of the Identity & Access Management program. The incumbent will leverage people, process and technology to position the Identity & Access management capability for measurable success, improving efficiency, increasing security posture, supporting aggressive growth and improving the end user experience at Vontier and its operating companies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Directs the design of identity access controls rules, roles, and policies, globally while ensuring consistency.
  • Develops from scratch and executes the global strategy for Identity and Access Management while ensuring its durability, scalability, resilience, and user experience sensitivity.
  • Support a healthy maintenance cycle for existing IAM solutions to ensure they are up to date and functionality is fully leveraged.
  • Liaisons with Technology and the Business regarding IAM best practices for both on-premise and cloud-based solutions for employees, contractors and partners.
  • Partners with Information Technology to design and deliver identity solutions for the enterprise in a highly complex environment with a blend of legacy and innovation platforms.
  • Reports to CISO on IAM program strategic objectives and operational run metrics, key performance indicators and outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make fact-based decisions.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred or commensurate relevant work experience.
  • CISSP, CISM, GIAC or other industry certification required.
  • Proven ability to effectively sell ideas and build consensus at all levels within the organization.
  • Possesses diplomacy and cooperative style necessary to interface with all personalities and across all functional disciplines.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit; hands-on and quick decision-maker.
  • Track record of success in planning and implementing large projects. Strong crisis management skills.
  • An emphatic leader with a high focus on mentorship and enablement.
  • 10+ years Information Security experience.
  • Experience in dealing with remote line and/or matrix management highly beneficial.
  • Current and in-depth knowledge and understanding of advance security concepts associated with authentication attacks, techniques, and threat model preferred.
  • 5+ years personnel management experience.
  • Working in large/global corporate environments involving multiple operating companies.
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal) and listener.
  • Prior Identity & Access Management experience highly desired.
  • Ability to build teams and strong skills in the management of internal and external relationships, also extensive experience in an international context.
  • Effective presentation skills for technical and non-technical groups at all levels within the organization.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

The base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $247,250 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
