Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of current Identify and Access Management best practices; c ontribute to the improvement of processes in support of IAM activities and ensure the creation and maintenance of documentation
  • Monitor ticket queues to ensure approved requests are fulfilled in accordance with defined service level agreements and corporate policies
  • Ensure all duties performed are in compliance with the B anks’ operating standards, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Assist with User Lifecycle Management (provisioning, de-provisioning, modifying) accounts
  • Review of daily, weekly, and monthly user security reports in various systems
  • Manage Active Directory objects such as user accounts, security groups and distribution groups
  • Participate in special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests and examinations to provide timely responses for requests for evidence, as directed
  • Perform user access permission reviews in alignment with defined schedule, submit reports to business for certification of user access in various systems
  • Embrace the adoption of new tools, processes and policies to enhance the Bank's security
  • Provide support for security related requests in response to telephones calls, emails, and user request tickets
  • Closely monitor internal Identity Access Management requests for all activity to ensure required tasks are completed timely and efficiently
  • Administer access rights and privileges for internal, third party, and core banking systems, which includes granting, revoking, modifying user access; password reactivations; and profile updates.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of Information Security principals and IT systems
  • Knowledge of Identify Access Management platforms a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and organization skills
  • Knowledge of Windows File System Permissions (NTFS) a plus
  • Strong team player and highly effective collaborator
  • Active Directory administration a plus
  • Ability to provide support to all levels of computer literacy

Education/Experience:

  • Associate degree in a computer or information security discipline, equivalent experience or certification
  • One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in related positions
