We are looking for a TA Head for the world's largest supplier of wind tower and offshore wind turbine pile equipment, based in the UK. Our client already had offices in German and Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Set up effective talent acquisition system and develop strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure attainment of planned goals.
• Responsible for talent acquisition of business teams, partner with the Head of Business Development to identify hiring needs and drive executive level hiring with solid understanding on related talent market trends.
• Identify key sourcing channels, develop, implement creative sourcing strategies, drive talent mapping and help in the brand building for company within the industry.
• Establish collaborative and influential working relationships with the functional executive teams through consistent communication and accurate reporting.
• Responsible for talent scouting of high-end professionals from Bioecology industry, understand and meet current and future talent acquisition needs of every projects promptly.

Requirements:

• 15+years of work experience. Pharma or healthcare related industry background is preferred.
• Experience in large, standardized enterprises.
• Broad professional vision and systematic thinking, strong business thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Understand and adapt to the fast culture of mobile Internet.
• Native English speaker.
• Rich experience in organizational development and change management (e.g., change before and after IPO). Major organizational structure adjustment, personnel mergers and acquisitions, rapid expansion period, etc.).
