15+years of work experience. Pharma or healthcare related industry background is preferred.

Experience in large, standardized enterprises.

Set up effective talent acquisition system and develop strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure attainment of planned goals.

Establish collaborative and influential working relationships with the functional executive teams through consistent communication and accurate reporting.

Understand and adapt to the fast culture of mobile Internet.

Broad professional vision and systematic thinking, strong business thinking and entrepreneurial spirit.

Must have basic computer skills to include word processing, data base, and spreadsheet applications.

Must have good organizational skills.

Some positions, depending on the responsibilities, may require the candidate to successfully pass a physical or other selection processes when needed.

Minimum Requirements & Essential Functions

Participating in continuing education according to accepted laboratory standards.

Due to the nature of the tests extensive documentation skills are required.

Good communication skills are a must.

Having good pipetting skills is beneficial.

Some experience with excel sheets is required.

Experience with automated robot platforms preferred but not necessary.
